GORILLA Electric Vehicles (EV) hereby warrants that any new Gorilla EV purchased from Gorilla Rides, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from date of purchase, subject to the stated limitations. During the term of said warranty, any authorized GORILLA RIDES service technician will, free of charge, repair or replace (at dealer's option) any part determined to be defective by GORILLA RIDES due to faulty workmanship or material from the factory.
